Rethink Culture With Us

Culture doesn’t ask permission to change. It shapes how people relate, decide, and belong. Left unquestioned, it quietly reinforces norms that no longer serve your mission. As leadership, work, and community keep evolving, culture has to keep pace.

Our Lens: We approach culture through Antu, a gesture of reverence that honors elders as carriers of wisdom. It teaches us to notice what’s strong, what’s shifting, and what deserves to be reimagined with care.

What We Do: We offer seasoned, thoughtful expertise in people operations and organizational development including:

  • Culture Strategy & Curation

  • Organizational & Leadership Assessments

  • People Operations & Advisory

  • Coaching, Training & Performance Enablement

  • Fractional Leadership

How We Work: We start with your lived reality, not a template. We listen for the experiences and aspirations already shaping your organization, then design engagements that respond directly to those truths.

What You Walk Away With: Clear direction. Strengthened capacity. A strategy built to endure.

We partner with organizations ready to rethink culture with intention, and build environments where people and mission both flourish.

Meet Our Founder

Eskedar A. Brantley, SPHR, is a people and culture executive who has built a thriving career helping organizations get unstuck, leading strategy, culture, talent, and DEI&B work across nonprofits, global companies, and philanthropic institutions. Her journey to transformational leadership reflects a career built on deep learning, dedication, cultural bridge-building, and community commitment. She has spent more than 20 years building deep academic and technical expertise in leadership, people operations, organizational culture and development.

Sixteen years living in Kenya, paired with extensive international professional experience across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, gives her a global perspective that uniquely positions her to champion strategically sound, well operating, inclusive organizations where diversity is celebrated and belonging is fostered.

She doesn't believe in solutions that look good on paper but fall apart in practice. Rooted in her Ethiopian heritage, her approach is grounded in something simpler: extensive experience, wisdom, respect, community, and a genuine belief that when people come first, everything else benefits.

"I come from a long line of humanitarians and philanthropists. Being raised in that legacy allowed me lean into the thinker, the nurturer, the problem solver in me, and gave me the drive and perspective behind my human-centered work today. I don't take for granted the impact a lineage that honors family and community can have in our professional and personal pursuits. It asks of us an intentionality about leaving every space better than we found it."
